On Tuesday, October 7th, the US Supreme Court will hear a civil case brought by the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC), which questions the practicality and legality of using erroneous government databases in certain cases.
It’s been shown that errors in government databases tend to spread, as the data is made relational and shared among various government entities.
