Sprint Cellular finally released it’s own hyped smartphone to rival Apple’s iPhone and Verizon’s whachacallit. First impressions tell me that that they are staying in the race, but the iPhone just has too many mainsteam “non cell” functions which trump the iNstinct.
Just to name a few: Wi-fi, iTunes, iPod, appletv/mobileMe syncing. If you are a Mac user like myself and use a smartphone you know how frustrating it is to sync your contacts with apple’s iCal. When MobileMe coming on board, this will like only increase iPhone sales.
Oh, was I talking about the Samsung iNstinct? right I forgot for a second.
